Traditional cuisine and pressed duck

In the town centre, opposite the Rouen train station, the gastronomic restaurant the 4 Saisons, on the premises of the BEST WESTERN Hôtel de Dieppe offers traditional Norman cuisine full of flavours. In a cosy setting and muted atmosphere of warm colours and soft lighting, the 4 Saisons invites you to take a culinary trip full of local specialties prepared by our Chef, one of the Toques Normandes and served by an attentive team of wait staff.
For lunch, the restaurant offers set menus served quickly and efficiently. For dinner, set menus and à la carte dishes, inspired by and dedicated to the pleasure of the senses and the delight of discovery.
Among the highlights, the Chef’s specialty, Rouen Felix Faure Pressed Duck prepared in the dining room in front of guests by a Maître Canardier (specialized in the preparation of this dish). Created by Michel Guéret in 1933, founding President of the Ordre des Canardiers, the Maître excels in the art of flambage and in the preparation of the dish in the dining room, a preserved culinary masterpiece, known all around the world and envied by all.

Culinary discoveries and Norman traditions, the Guéret Family honours the local culinary history through emblematic produce and recipes. A pleasure for the taste buds that has formed the foundation of the restaurant’s reputation for five generations. 

For private events and receptions in Rouen, the 4 Saisons has private dining rooms for business lunches or family get-togethers and also has a catering service available.
